The developer, along with publisher Prime Matter, has released a new trailer for the console version, showing off a stunning graphical update to the 1994 first-person shooter/RPG. Combat has also received a major upgrade, as the mechanics of the genre weren’t quite polished when the game was originally released 30 years ago.

The PC version comes with a remaster, but it’s not a simple re-release. Console gamers are getting some exclusive features to add to the appeal. It will deliver 4K visuals at 60FPS on PS5 and Xbox Series X. There is also a new ending, a “final confrontation upgrade” with series rival Shodan. The controls have been redesigned to better fit console gamepads, and there’s a new female hacker protagonist.
