Todd McFarlane ready to make ‘Spawn’ movie if Hollywood doesn’t

He said there were “lots of examples” of filmmakers going outside the normal pipeline to make films, and he was more than willing to go that route. He likens it to independent films: “You make your film and then you find your distributor. I can do that without hesitation.” Regardless, he hopes to find a solution that ensures exposure to the film over the years. Everyone involved in the project can participate.
