“Strike 2” implements harsher penalties for players who leave midway

Blizzard said in the announcement that while it understands not everyone is intentionally abandoning the game, the changes “should help curb those players who intentionally choose to leave the game.”

The developers are also making it easier for friends to play together in competitive mode, regardless of their level, by introducing “extensive groups.” The broad group is defined as players with a variety of levels, from Diamond to those five skill levels lower. Blizzard admitted that opting for the new queue option will mean longer wait times because, to be fair, it has to pair one wide group with another with a similar ranking. But it hopes the new feature will eliminate the need to use alternative accounts when playing with friends.

The company has also added new features designed to help prevent abuse and harassment in the game. People will soon be able to add up to 10 players to their “avoid becoming teammates” list, instead of just three. It also makes it easy to report disruptive behavior by updating its reporting interface. Finally, Blizzard will block players from text or voice chat in matches if they are found to have engaged in abusive behavior and violated the company’s code of conduct.They can only regain these privileges by spending time playing Battlefield Special Attack 2 On their best behavior.
