Einstein co-pilot
A major enhancement to Salesforce Data Cloud is the Data Cloud Vector Database, which will be available as a pilot program in February 2024. Data Cloud Vector Database is integrated vector database support that allows the use of a variety of data types. Unstructured data (such as PDFs, emails, messages, and social media content) will be combined with structured data (such as purchase history, customer support cases, and product inventory).
Einstein Copilot, Salesforce’s generative artificial intelligence assistant, will be able to use unstructured data to answer questions or perform analysis; it will access this data through Salesforce Data Cloud. Einstein Copilot will be generally available in February 2024.
“This leverages AI, CRM, automation, AI, Einstein Copilot and analytics to turn every piece of data, from emails to social media posts to messages, into actionable content,” said Rahul Auradkar, executive vice president and general manager of Unified Data Services. insights,” and Salesforce’s Einstein said in a press release.
Possible use cases for Einstein Copilot include:
- customer service: Einstein Copilot’s unstructured data will be able to be used for customer service. The example given by Salesforce is a chatbot extracting answers from articles for customers who visit a self-service page.
- IT Team: Einstein Copilot can be used to help IT teams discover problems in unstructured content generated during machine operation, such as logs, sensor readings, or image and audio recordings.
- sales representative: Einstein Copilot helps sales reps get more information about a potential client company before meeting with its representatives.
Einstein co-pilot search
Another enhancement to the Salesforce Data Cloud is Einstein Copilot Search, which will be piloted in February 2024. Einstein Copilot Search extracts data from data in the data cloud to provide intelligent suggestions for searches. It is useful for problem-solving tasks performed by sales, customer service, marketing, commerce, and IT teams. For example, Einstein Copilot searches will be able to link a customer’s email and phone number to their official support request history to assist customer service representatives.
