Revenera has launched the Revenera Analytics Dashboard, which will provide customers of the Revenera Software Monetization Platform with better insights into entitlements, entitlements and usage.
Revenera monetization customers can now track and analyze customer renewal potential, usage patterns, entitlements and product utilization through new embedded analytics.

Revenera modernized its data warehouse based on Snowflake technology and a new reporting framework to provide more out-of-the-box reporting focused on customer KPIs. The first reports and visualizations include:
- Renewal Insights: End Customer Renewal Position Based on Actual Benefit Consumption
- End Customer Adoption: End Customer Rights and Enforcement
- High water mark: Shows an application’s consumption of licensable features over time
“A 2023 IDC survey shows that 53% of companies with repeating business models need better insights from usage data to understand customer value,” said Mark Thomason, research director for digital business models and monetization at IDC. “Companies They have the data, but they don’t have the time/knowledge to turn it into easily usable insights.”
Revenera’s analytics dashboard provides a new user interface, including navigation and control; visualizations and data sets, conditional notifications and report sharing, all of which can provide insights and actions based on data. The new dashboard is available to all FlexNet Operations customers.
