    FTC goes back to basics at Dallas Business and Lawyer Seminar June 24

    • Protect small businesses from scams. Tips to help protect your employees Spot and stop scams targeting small businesses.
    • Lawyer ethics and professionalism. Optional session on the decision points attorneys face when advising business clients and litigating on their behalf. The panel featured the Hon. Barbara MG Lynn, Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas; the Honorable. Maricela Moore, Presiding Judge, 162nd Civil District Court, Dallas, Texas; Frederick C. Moss, Professor Emeritus, Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law.

    Co-sponsors of the free seminar include the North Central Texas Service Better Business Bureau, the American Advertising Federation of Dallas, the Dallas Bar Association Antitrust and Trade Regulation Section and Thurgood Marshall Law School.
