    Dun & Bradstreet partners with IBM to deliver trusted business insights for responsible generative AI solutions powered by Watsonx

    Jacksonville, FL / December 13, 2023 / Business Wire— Dun & Bradstreet (NYSE: DNB), the world’s leading provider of business decision-making data and analytics, and IBM (NYSE: IBM) announced a strategic partnership to combine Dun & Bradstreet Data Cloud with IBM’s Watsonx Rise up to help organizations responsibly scale their use of generative AI across the business. Dun & Bradstreet also intends to leverage Watsonx with support from IBM Consulting to implement its workflows and solutions.

    Through this collaboration, Dun & Bradstreet and IBM aim to drive the adoption of generative AI by developing products for clients to use in their native workflows to help achieve growth and efficiency across a variety of business functions. These products will leverage WatsonX, IBM’s next-generation artificial intelligence and data platform, and leverage Dun & Bradstreet’s data cloud, which contains more than 500 million private and public companies, market-leading identity resolution, including DUNS® numbers and company-generated artificial intelligence.     Dun & Bradstreet’s Ask Procurement™ is one of the new solutions IBM and Dun & Bradstreet intend to bring to market. Ask Procurement is designed to help procurement professionals unlock new data and insights through a 360-degree view of every aspect of a company’s business relationships to help increase savings, reduce time and mitigate potential risk. The solution is expected to leverage the D&B AiBE™ platform, which will feature Watsonx-powered models and other generative artificial intelligence capabilities powered by Dun & Bradstreet’s vast data cloud. Ask Procurement is expected to be delivered in the first half of next year and will be able to integrate with Dun & Bradstreet solutions or a company’s existing ERP or procurement solutions.
