Spring is here, and with it comes many opportunities to put on some headphones and go for sunny walks reminiscent of movie montages. If you’re looking for an updated model that doesn’t cost too much, there’s good news: The second-generation Apple AirPods Pro are currently on sale for $190, down from $249. The 24% discount brings the price of these headphones back to an all-time low.

Apple released the second-generation AirPods Pro in late 2022, and while they’re certainly not budget-friendly wireless headphones, they are priced under $200. We gave them an 88 in our original review, thanks to some internal updates over their predecessors, such as the ability to slide volume controls (which is handy if your device isn’t nearby). Apple also added adaptive transparency, personalized spatial information and the H2 chip with improved noise reduction. From the looks of it, Apple has shrunk the earbuds to make them fit better.
Even the box has been upgraded, with a built-in speaker that will emit sound if you need to find it, and a hook (the cord is provided separately, of course). Speaking of positioning, the second-generation AirPods Pro protective case is also equipped with a U1 chip, which can provide support for precise positioning in “Find My”.
