- Enrolled in a master’s, bachelor’s or associate’s degree program for the first time between October 15, 2012 and December 31, 2016;
- Payment of more than $5,000 through cash, grants, federal and private student loans, or military benefits;
- Not obtain debt cancellation as part of the settlement agreement; and
- There is no option to not have the University of Phoenix provide the student’s contact information to the FTC.
