OpenAI brings new GPT-4 Turbo to paid ChatGPT users.this The company released the news on (formerly Twitter), shares its large-scale language models to improve math, logical reasoning, coding and writing skills. Regarding the latter, a response to its original post noted that “when writing with ChatGPT, responses will be more direct, concise, and use more conversational language.” Notably, in December, Microsoft paired GPT-4 Turbo with its CoPilot AI chatbot and image generator DALL-E 3 integration.
When OpenAI released GPT-4 Turbo in November, it highlighted a major upgrade to the system powering ChatGPT. At the time, OpenAI claimed that GPT-4 Turbo could accept six times more pages of text—300 pages, compared to the previous 50 pages. Given the breadth of information provided, this expansion could mean more complex prompts and responses. Large language models can also build titles or descriptions for image prompts and handle text-to-speech requests.
GPT-4 Turbo has even made progress since its initial release. OpenAI will initially increase its world knowledge until April 2023, a big leap from GPT-4’s September 2021 deadline. GPT-4 Turbo now has information up to December 2023.
