The Dyson V15 Detect Cordless Vacuum is $180 Today

Dyson’s high-end vacuum cleaners can often feel like a bit of a splurge, but today’s sale only brings the price of the V15 Detect down to a more manageable level. $180 off QVC. Normally $750, the V15 Detect is now on sale for just $570 — nearly as low as the price we saw during 2019, when it dropped to $550. But this deal only lasts until the end of the day, so don’t take too long to think about it. The Dyson V15 Detect is a cordless stick vacuum with an LED light on the head that exposes all the invisible dirt around your floors.

The Dyson V15 Detect not only picks up dirt in your home, it analyzes it and gives you a report on what it’s cleaning. It has an LCD display on the back that shows particle counts and details of different particle size groupings. The display also lets you know how much runtime you have left before you need to recharge. Dyson says it has an average run time of up to 60 minutes and optimizes suction power and run time based on the messiness of the cleaning task.

Aside from the fancy extras, it’s a real powerhouse when it comes to cleaning. Engadget’s Mat Smith says it’s the most powerful vacuum he’s ever used, rivaling even heavier plug-in vacuums. It has three cleaning modes to choose from: Eco, Auto and Boost. The brush bar of the vacuum cleaner has an anti-tangle design, which can better deal with things that can easily get tangled, such as hair. The V15’s accessories also include a separate hair screw tool for those households that need a little more power to solve problems.

The Dyson V15 Detect comes with a crevice cleaner to help you get into hard-to-reach areas, and it can be converted into a handheld vacuum for smaller jobs. Also included in the box is a wall mount, combo tool, and charging adapter.
