New York, New York State, USA: The Routing Company (“TRC”), a global on-demand vehicle routing and management platform working with cities to drive the future of public transportation, today announced Pandora Shelley as Chief Operating Officer (“COO”). Shelley previously served as Vice President of Operations for TRC.
Since joining TRC to run operations in 2021, Shelley has overseen TRC’s ongoing commitment to all aspects of global operations, including launch, expansion, go-to-market operations, customer support, analytics and partner relationship management for global deployments.
“Pandora has proven to be a key member of our executive leadership team and a significant contributor to the operational success of our customers, and I am delighted to appoint her as chief operating officer,” said James Cox, CEO of TRC.

Prior to joining TRC, Shelley served as CEO of Fishburners, Australia’s oldest and largest technology startup community in the southern hemisphere.

Shelley has an extensive operational background and has held leadership positions in a variety of industries. Shelley holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Technology, Sydney and was awarded the 2019 Outstanding Business Alumni Award. She was also a finalist in the 2019 Telstra Business Awards and named one of the top women in innovation by Startup Daily.
