HBO revealed in a press release that six new cast members will be joining Season 3 white lotus, Mike White’s award-winning social satire set in a high-end resort. Newcomers include Leslie Bibb (Jupiter’s legacyiron Man), Dom Hetracu (Bangkok is dangerous, anger), Jason Isaacs (Harry Potter film series, crowded room), Michelle Monaghan (nannyMission: Impossible movie), Parker Posey (Bofu is scared, party girl) and Taimei Taputimtong (skin trade, franc).
The six will join familiar faces, as well as the only announced cast member: Natasha Rothwell, who played deluded spa manager Belinda in season one.
Details are sparse other than casting news and the news that season three will be set in Thailand. Will there be another unfortunate murder? Will Belinda learn of Tanya’s (Jennifer Coolidge) death? Will we get another iconic line like “these gays tried to murder me”?
We’ll have to wait a while to find out: white lotus Filming for Season 3 will begin in February, and viewers won’t be able to fly to Thailand until 2025.
