The B2B division is a key driver of Panasonic’s European business and is led by operating companies such as Panasonic Industry and Panasonic Connect. While Panasonic is well-known in Japan and Asia, in Europe it is primarily known for consumer products. The European region is also a highly complex market made up of many countries with unique cultures, languages and business practices.
In order to make Panasonic’s relatively “invisible” B2B products and solutions “visible” to customers and consumers in Europe and effectively convey its brand promise, Panasonic opened a Customer Experience Center (CXC) in Munich-Ottobrunn, Germany. Since its launch in 2020, CXC has been driving continued innovation and collaboration with European B2B customers, trading partners, developers, startups and universities, and bringing added value to our B2B business in the region.
Panasonic Newsroom Global (PNRG) recently toured the facility and spoke with Johannes Spatz (President, Panasonic Industrial Europe), Alexander Schultz-Storz (Director, Innovation and Collaboration, Panasonic Industrial Europe) and Petra Lessau (Senior Manager, Trade Shows/Events/Digital Events, Panasonic Marketing Europe) Explore the background and recent developments of CXC.
