In an exciting exchange with Business Review, Stefanini EMEA Digital Solutions Center Director Natalia Chiritescu told the story of innovation and strategic growth. What are your main achievements at the company since you took on this role?
I joined Stefanini a year ago to be part of a rare company that manages to grow revenue, profits and customer satisfaction simultaneously.
My focus is on strengthening our capabilities to sustain this impressive performance. In the rapidly evolving technology landscape, where the potential of artificial intelligence is becoming increasingly apparent, businesses often feel overwhelmed by complexity and the fear of missing out. I bring business consulting skills to complement our talented team so we are well-prepared to work with clients to leverage technology to achieve their business goals.
In your opinion, what makes women successful in business?
Success in business is basically the same for everyone. First, it’s not just about excelling professionally but also about cultivating multiple interests outside of work. Secondly, it is conscious self-management—continuous reflection, building self-awareness, setting clear career goals, and actively working towards them. It’s crucial to take decisive action, accept mistakes as part of the learning process, and have the confidence to venture into new territory. For women, self-confidence is especially important. Don’t wait until you have 100% of your skills, knowledge or experience before taking on a new challenge.
What have been your major professional achievements throughout your career?
I take great pride in continuing to build strong teams and turn ideas into real results. Leading these teams, we strategically reinvent our business model to ensure sustainable long-term growth while achieving short-term goals. A noteworthy example is in 2020, where our rapid response to the need for digitalization during the pandemic had a significant impact. Leveraging the collective power of our global team, we quickly delivered the necessary technology to support children’s online learning, particularly in public education.
