Huawei Mobile Services (HMS) signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the Andalusian Government’s Tourism, Culture and Sports Commission (Turismo Andalucía) and marketing agency AVOW to advance common goals and seize business opportunities.
The MoU signing ceremony was held at MWC 2024 in Barcelona, Spain.
Huawei representatives are Ning Shenglan, President of Huawei Consumer Cloud Services Global Ecosystem Development and Sales Department, and Shan Xuefeng, Managing Director of Huawei Consumer Cloud Services European Ecosystem Development and Sales Department.
Also present were Adrian Gomez, chief information officer, and Moises Rubino Garcia, digital marketing director of the Andalusian Government’s Tourism, Culture and Sports Commission (Turismo Andalucía). AVOW, an app growth marketing agency specializing in mobile OEM advertising, is represented by CEO Robert Wildner and Chief Revenue Officer Ashwin Shekhar.

HMS signs memorandum of understanding with Andalusia Tourist Board to respond to China’s consumer boom
