
Obong Idiong, Chief Executive Officer, Prudential Africa
Digital transformation solutions company Heirs Technologies has officially announced the appointment of Obong Idiong as its Chief Executive Officer.
This strategic move marks an important milestone for the company as it aims to strengthen its position as Africa’s premier digital transformation partner.
Obong Idiong, a seasoned professional with an extensive background in the technology sector, heads up Heirs Technologies after a successful tenure as Managing Director/CEO of Africa Prudential Plc.
Under his leadership, Africa Prudential Plc undertook a comprehensive digital transformation, significantly enhanced its registrar services and established the company as a leader in technology-driven solutions. Idiong’s career also includes key positions at United Bank for Africa and Heirs Holdings Limited, where he has consistently demonstrated leadership and innovation capabilities.
Heirs Technologies, a subsidiary of Heirs Holdings, is a provider of IT consulting, managed services and business process outsourcing.
Speaking about his new role, Obong Idiong expressed his passion to bring Heirs Holdings’ principles of excellence, execution and aggressiveness to the technology sector.

Dr. Chima, who has served as Chief Information Officer at well-known companies such as Adidas, Fox Network Group, Burberry plc, Walmart Asia and American Express Global Enterprise Technologies, is expected to lead Heirs Technologies to unlock Africa’s potential.
