Role Mission Gucci Technology – ISC DF The Business Solutions Leader is responsible for the day-to-day relationship with the business, ensuring consistency across business engagements. Act as a translator and mediator between IT operations and the business. Gucci tech – ISC DF The Business Solutions Leader will conduct business process analysis, needs assessment and functional analysis and work on aligning IT solutions with business plans. He/she will facilitate the elicitation of business and system requirements and provide internal consulting (process knowledge and re-engineering) to the business.
main responsibility
- Influence K_users and manage relationships efficiently. Build long-term strategic relationships. Facilitate the delivery of IT services to the enterprise.
- Define and document customer business functions and processes.
- Conduct functional analysis of business areas and related business processes or systems.
- Become a functional/business expert in their area of competence.
- Analyze the feasibility and formulate requirements for new systems and enhancements to existing systems; ensure that system design meets user needs.
- Analyze business unit requests and understand business needs.
- Determine the most appropriate solutions to respond to business problems and needs, involving relevant resources in the field.
- Ensure that information systems development is consistent with business needs and priorities
- Anticipate, to the extent possible, specific business evolutions and needs that may impact supporting information systems.
- Communicate business and system impacts to IT and operations staff.
- Manage and ensure the success of feasibility studies according to methodology.
- Find market solutions that involve relevant people in the region.
- Work closely with solution providers to ensure expected functionality is delivered on time.
- Internal consulting for companies (process knowledge and restructuring).
- Supports the business request process according to his/her team.
- Work with the business to define the high-level scope of the program.
- Facilitate adoption of service catalog solutions.
- Gather feedback and feedforward from businesses.
Require
- Good understanding of manufacturing and factory processes in the luxury or fashion industry
- Familiarity with information systems for leather goods and footwear manufacturing
- Production and accounting control projects for large and complex companies
- Science degree (preferred)
