your role
To support their strong commitment to the sustainability mission and vision, a new role was created for the Sustainability Business Solutions Representative. In this role, you will play a key role in driving Starr’s commitment to sustainability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, project managers and stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation and management of ESG measures and projects. Your expertise in IT project management and business analysis is critical to success in this critical area. As a member of the Stahl Global Enterprise Solutions team, you will work closely with team members (Business Solutions Representatives in their respective areas of expertise) and report directly to the Global IT Enterprise Solutions Manager.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Requirements gathering: Work with key stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for sustainability management software solutions.
- Design: Work with internal and external partners to design and deploy software solutions, including architectural design.
- Project management: Assist in the planning, monitoring and execution of sustainability projects to ensure their successful completion.
- data analysis: Analyze ESG data to identify trends, performance indicators and areas for improvement, providing stakeholders with actionable insights.
- Stakeholder participation: Work with departments and teams to ensure sustainability initiatives are aligned with corporate goals and values.
- Change management: Support the change management process by helping teams adapt to new ESG processes and technologies.
