Yeah yeah, but let’s cut to the chase – what about the money?
Starting salary; £75,000
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week
Well…it’s certainly not the most generous salary in the world for a position with this kind of responsibility, especially when you consider the cost of living in London. (I guess King Charles doesn’t offer his spare bedroom)
Note that the royal family has long been known for not paying its lackeys top salaries.
But don’t worry, you’ll have the prestige of working for someone worth an estimated £1.8 billion!
If that’s enough to convince you, check out some of the benefits of the job…
Other benefits include 20% off in our Royal Collection Trust stores, plus free entry to all our locations, plus more exclusive staff discounts.
Oh, great! I will be able to spend some money on reduced price Buckingham Palace Honey Dippers, tea sets and porcelain trowels! What a treat!
There is no doubt that the royal family is a target of hackers. Not only have some members of the British media shown their readiness to break the law in collecting information about the royal family, but we have also seen recent cyberattacks on royal websites.
