The UK’s National Crime Agency (NCA) has revealed the administrator and developer of the LockBit ransomware operation, revealing that he is a 31-year-old Russian citizen named Dmitry Yuryevich Khoroshev. In addition, Khoroshev has also been sanctioned by the UK Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCD), the US Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) and the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs. OpenAI is working with another publisher to move toward a licensing approach to training materials.
