A pension company is leasing office space at the CEG Verdant office tower development on South Gael Business Park in west Edinburgh.
Aptia is providing a turnkey office solution for CEG’s 8,470 square feet of Let Ready custom designed + furnished space.
The Verdant development is said to be popular after a £4.5 million revamp that added a new cafe, changing facilities, electric vehicle charging and cycling centres. In addition to traditional office spaces, CEG offers a variety of Let Ready studios. Offering a range of interior design options, these provide fully furnished workspaces for teams of 18 to 51 people, complete with kitchens and dedicated meeting rooms.
