    9. 3CX Softphone

    Best for Windows users

price: $175 per 10 users per year

3CX integrates seamlessly with Windows 365 and the entire application can be set up in just a few clicks, which is always great for beginners. However, if you are using any operating system other than Windows, feel free to continue.

Pricing is unique to 3CX. The first year is free, which is obviously attractive, but there are some caveats. The functionality is definitely a bit limited compared to other available options like RingCentral and 8×8, and the interface leaves a lot to be desired in terms of keeping it modern. Still, for the price, it’s a solid enough option to get you through the day.

    3CX Softphone Pricing

3CX offers three paid plan options for most businesses: small businessstarting from $175 per 10 users Year; professionalstarting from $145 per 10 users per year; and businesses, starting with $180 per 10 users per year.

Once you exceed 10 users, these total costs increase: Small Business Plan Costs $275 per year For 10 to 20 users (maximum), the price for Professional and Enterprise plans increases with each additional user.

Small Business offers call queue, voicemail-to-text, team messaging, monitoring, call whisper, call barge and video conferencing for up to 25 participants. The Professional plan adds advanced features, including integration with Microsoft 365 and CRM, call recording, hot desking, text messaging, and video conferencing with a limit of 100 participants. Enterprise adds custom phone logos, Microsoft Teams, skills-based routing, and start/stop call recording.

The service also offers permanent free Plan through live chat, team messaging, WhatsApp, video conferencing capabilities, and more. For a free plan, what it offers is pretty impressive. But if you’re a business user who needs slightly more advanced features, such as desk phone support and call reporting, then it won’t cut it.
